Creating and Launching Efficienct Organizations, Processes and Facilities

• Built new electronic component assembly plant and moved operations from a regional existing facility to this new site without disrupting customer requirements. Developed and implemented new organization design including full employee work team system.  Mentored management team in relationship and leadership skills.

• Built & launched new manufacturing plant; set up & launched dealer network; developed business/government relationship infrastructure; designed and trained employee culture for this new operation in Eastern Europe.  Operation continues to be used as an example within the global corporation.

• Worked with international team to design/launch the process for a compressor program. Coordinated new facility construction with local government. Developed specifications for equipment. Hired local individuals and developed multi-skill training plans for each specialty requirement.

• Analyzed material flow and redesigned production and manufacturing information processes for a new electronics assembly facility ensuring on-schedule with-in budget launch.

• Supported layout, build & launch of new manufacturing plant at a green-field site.  Designed and implemented lean electronic module manufacturing operation.

• Mentored start-up companies in TrueSuccess™ focus (e.g., stakeholder mapping, board/leadership alignment and long term vision) , business plan development (including: financial projections, marketing strategy) and facility realization (e.g., creating the legal entity, interaction with economic development, location selection, facilities layout).
